This software in particular is specific software for German market due to a legal issue with the name gmail vs. google mail. A new firmware version for Xperia arc and Xperia arc S got certification by PTCRB, dated on Feb 16 2012. The new version is 4.0.2.A.0.69. Expect only bug fixes over the previous firmware, 4.0.2.A.0.62.
